All in all though, I’m trying to stay optimistic. It’s tough out there and I definitely have bad days; health-wise, finance-wise and mental health-wise, but I hold onto hope because without hope, we’ve already lost. So I greet every day with a smile, even when they’re hard to do. Hope y’all are well

It’s just depressing seeing the rise of functional and media illiteracy and an inability for some to think critically or consume long form media because its not an instant dopamine hit. Books are needed and deeply necessary
