Here's an example of a 50 year mortgage on a $400K home with 20% down, $80K, for a loan of $320K. I don't show the insurance or the property taxes rising over the 50 years which is HIGHLY inaccurate but at the end you still pay over $1.2 MILLION for the home.

My younger brother died in 2009 at the age of 47 from #Mesothelioma. This cancer isn't gone yet and now they want us to put it on our faces and coochies!!!
It's a horrible death. He was dx 6/16/2008 and he died 6/17/2009 looking like he'd been in a death camp.
