The reason I hesitated to get into both the photography world and the hiking world was largely due to the superiority complex so many experts have about gear. It was intimidating as hell.

Someone got mad b/c I specifically said my meetups aren’t for white, cishet men & asked me, “how would you feel if an event didn’t allow white women?”
I’d feel totally fine.
BIPOC communities have told us how unsafe they feel around white people, SPECIFICALLY white women. Plz exclude me!
