Since I’m seriously considering deleting all social media, I wanted to give my very small group of followers the best advice I can:

Get a library card and use Libby and Hoopla if offered. Books, audiobooks, comics, magazines delivered straight to your device of choice. You’re welcome!

Rough start to Orcacon, my body decided to flare up so I don’t know when I’ll make it down. But I’ve got my sweet Ahsoka giving me snuggles, so not a terrible morning 🥰🐶

With the change in venue, it means MORE vendors in our Merchant Hall! Fun fact - You do not need to have an OrcaCon badge to visit the Merchant Hall.

Check our list of returning and new folks exhibiting in our Merchant Hall - tabletop.events/conventions/...

If you ever find yourself saying "No one who works 40 hours a week deserves (to go homeless, to go hungry, etc)" just deleted the "who works 40 hours a week" part.

Disabled people don't deserve to go hungry. Children don't deserve to go hungry. Seniors and the elderly do not deserve to go hungry.

I’m a complete grinch about new years. Turns out PTSD and living in a neighborhood that celebrates everything with fireworks is a terrible mix! Who knew?!

I truly wish the way able bodied people think disabled people live was accurate. A permanent vacation for not being able to work? I wish! Getting all of your needs met by the government? I wish! Being able to lay in bed all day and never have pain or worries, dude, I WISH!!

No one is an exception to becoming disabled. No one is immune to disability. Your health is not a guarantee. Even when you age, disability is almost inevitable at some point. Advocating for disabled people is advocating for your inevitable future.

I love Sunday mornings. I get some coffee from a local stand, catch up with my husband, read some romance novels…and I’m reminded of the freedom I have since quitting church 💜

So my attempts to dehydrate apples in my air fryer failed. But goddammit my apartment smells incredible. I’m going to do this instead of lighting a candle.
