It's finished!! Completely rebuilt, restored to functionality, and looking better than it did since it was first built in 1912! Took two months of work, but it's finally done. I'm so hecking happy!

There's not an easy way to describe the anxiety of knowing you're putting in work with little to no guarantee of a payoff. I just spent several hours cleaning, straightening, and regreasing all 22 of these cash register levers.
I have no idea if this machine will go back together.
