this and for people saying to just turn of nsfw in moderation settings
if artist dont tag this kind of arts themselves there is a time gap till mods see and flag it and in a meantime nsfw art just lies there. Moderation relies on tags heavily, untagged, the picture is just a picture

one of the main reasons trans healthcare moved away from strict gatekeeping and toward informed consent & GAC is that trans ppl who were denied the means to transition would simply seek it out elsewhere
