i wouldn’t have been comfy with my cesarean scar and diapers, i tried period undies and it was too much. i just took a heap of the 30cm long ones from the hospital, then used super absorbant night pads with wings

i didn’t have a drop of colostrum !! we tried to express some while theo was in the NICU, and i still have a little mark from where i squeezed too hard 😅

nobody told me 🥲 stock up on big pads, and lots of liners - you can’t stick anything up there

mine came back about 6 months pp iirc. but the lochia lasted about 6 weeks 🥲
