Why does any company use Evri to send out orders? I'm almost at the stage where I won't order things from companies that use them. They must be cheap, but it's a false economy.

Does anyone else find it crazy that you can walk into a bookshop and be charged £7.99 for a paperback novel that took the author a year to complete, but £16.99 for a completely blank notebook?
