I've had a wonderful #owl #bird week with two #SnowyOwls and just now a #GreatHornedOwl I'm a happy camper and in awe of these magnificent creatures. Note: the snowy pics were taken from afar with long lens and crops.

Love this time of year when nestlings and fledglings are making their presence felt. I've had juvenile robins all over the place. Now the #bluebirds are feeding their young. #birds

We know you can do this one. Democracy dies in the darkness. Thursday, February 13, at 8 PM your time, turn off all the lights and TVs visible from the outside. #3E #LightsOut

Evening Eagle. You know it was a good outing when the adult bald eagle that flew 10' over your head isn't even the highlight. Photographed 2 Golden Eagles today, saw at least 3. Such a cool day. #birds #ctnaturefans #photography

Roughly 1/4 of the total US budget is subsidies.
If we reallocated the most harmful of them.
Just 1/3 of 1%
We could change the world

It took a while for the #moon to get above the trees in my wooded lot but it was worth the wait.

Every evening I post news overviews from Ukraine on X. I tried here, but the threads are long (and boring).

So, let’s try it this way:
I will share one piece of news here every evening but the most critical in my opinion. Something like #hotwarcoffee (I don’t know if # work here).
