Yesterday, nearly 3 weeks after my first dose, I fell halfway thru a 3 hr run, injured my hand. Legs still felt great so I finished my run and helped a friend move into her 2nd floor room.

Today, other than the swollen hand, I feel better than I have in months and ready for the 2 hrs I have today.

I discussed my concerns with my PCP at my yearly physical 3 weeks ago. She immediately suggested I may have a vitamin D deficiency.

One blood test later, turns out I had a severe vitamin D deficiency and I was put on a high dose once a week supplement.

I came to your page because I saw your recent post and thought your dog looked a little like mine if he got into some white paint.

Definitely not worth it. It's been sleeting here all day and we'll either get snow to cover it up tonight, or more ice. Only time will tell. I am ready for real spring any time now.
