Had a lovely morning at Battersea Power Station yesterday. Went up in the Chimney Lift and had cocktails (non alcoholic) and a guided trip around Control Room B.

There was a drink manufactured around the same time called ‘Vin Mariani’ a tonic wine which contained Coca and was endorsed by the Pope at the time.
Queen Victoria kept bottles of it in the wine cellars at Osborne House.
