Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and
offer them to small to medium size businesses.
Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations .

I love the concept of bluesky, but anyone else a bit frustrated with the algorithm? I keep interacting with accounts I want to see, but keep getting political posts 🤮 Hoping the algorithm gods help me.
