Excited for our Japan trip in December. I have to have Japan trip always booked to look forward to so daily life is worth it. And I am going to smaller cities, so I am less annoying to locals as a tourist. Next place Shikoku!

Trans people exist and have always existed. It is not an ideology to say so; just a fact. Kids seeing trans people won't make them trans. If kids experiment with a trans identity or any other queer identity, it is not a problem. The problem is how many people treat trans people and kids.

Because they already paid for my siblings' weddings. But I guess it is just a thing that weddings are big stressful events that causes family conflict. Let's just hope we survive this and it is worth it.

The issue is my parents are paying for it. So it feels a bit like beggars can't be choosers. But the situation was when we said we were engaged they offered to pay because it is a Filipino tradition that the parents of the groom pays for the wedding, and they wanted to treat their kids the same.

Damn, my mom is the Bridezilla in this upcoming wedding. I guess it is good she cares, right? But I kinda want a say in my own wedding, and not have to deal with a hissy fit when I voice concerns. I guess it is good she cares...
