Yeah, it was pretty slow to start. Some skills were gamechangers, like Warrior+Dancer's swordance skill and TeenIdol's Hustle (0mp healus). But like, you're at least ten hours in before you start grinding jobs, and then you get your fourth guy at like 20 hours in.
