Why did they not compare with what you get if analyzing each fraction separately (perhaps with shorter gradients, for the same amount of MS time)? It is also possible to fractionate plasma even more drastically by changing the pH (proteins tend to precipitate more easily at pH close to their pI).

Two great con men of the 21st century - of course they would get along swimmingly, admiring each other's craft. Like in "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels", only less funny.

With the risk of sounding older than my parents, this was another reason I liked Wetherspoons when living in the UK. Plus the fact they were non-smoking. All the "cool people" were standing in the doorway of the pub next door, smoking, while we enjoyed good conversation with decent beer and food.

If you have corresponded with the person before, you can also feed this (technically, maybe not legally) to an LLM to generate a very personalized email. Maybe we should put something in our email signatures that we do not permit the sharing of the information in the email with an AI agent?

Launch successful! Lots of good discussions on minimum information standards for AI applications in proteomics, ranging from experimental design to raw files, identifications and quantifications.

Maybe time to reopen the Ytterby quarry? For those who wonder why so many rare earth metals have similar or related names, it is not a coincidence: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ytterby

Please excuse my ignorance, but why the <expletive> would anyone use a live round for an anniversary celebration? Over a populated area, no less! This is what blank rounds are for. Live rounds belong on the proving ground.
