Most importantly, public opinion on ICE has shifted dramatically.
Democrats aren’t going to vote to fund DHS/ICE. The public doesn‘t approve of masked federal agents murdering American citizens in broad daylight.
The people of Minnesota are showing how it’s done. We can win together.

Afterwards, I asked if he wanted a hug. He nodded & gave me a big bear hug. When it ended, he had tears in his eyes. “This is my neighborhood. I used to eat there all the time as kid,” he pointed down the road to a pho shop behind me. “I loved it.”
“Now it’s all ruined.”
