Just because I’m not watching the Super Bowl, doesn’t mean I can’t make a yummy snack! Lays Ruffled chips with crème fraiche, arugula, prosciutto, lemon zest and Parmesan. Big glass of chilled wine to go along. And if I was watching the Super Bowl, I’d be rooting for the SeaHawks all the way.

Reflecting back on one of the highlights of 2025 for me. Roadtripping with my husband to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. I definitely want to go back to the area and explore more. Maybe even live there for a while.
