it's not the case with everyone but I think a lot of people generally feel better which is good! protein and resistance training needs to have more of an emphasis by actual prescribers imo

- to lose ONLY fat. You will always lose SOME muscle. Fact of the matter is when the weight I need to lose is gone, I may not be able to squat 300lbs so easily anymore but I will be healthier in general and able to move more/better which is awesome to me.

I'm aware that I've lost some muscle. I had plenty to lose believe it or not... I am losing fat and muscle and it's lessening strain on my body. I actually eat in a moderate deficit, it's not extreme by any means. I make sure I get protein and workout to minimize my muscle loss. There is no way -

In some ways, yes they are. But it's much more physical. And honestly, mine has already improved my life a whole lot. It's amazing how much it can change in a relatively short amount of time. Some people need those effects tbh 🤷🏻‍♀️
