Glera Marca Trevigiana Bisson vino frizzante bianco 2024 from Valdobbiadene Italy, 11%. Having to go from memory cus we finished it a few hours earlier🥴 very very dry, with a very “white wine” flavor which is not normally the pét-nat profile I enjoy, but this was good- easy drinking & fairly glou.

Les 13 Lunes 13 Bulles 2023 white pét-nat from Chapareillan France, 10% ABV. Very pale yellow with a slight cloudiness. Very dry although with a light sweetness, peachy-grape flavors, tiny bubbles. Really really glou!

Les Hautes Terres Là Haut pét-nat sparkling rosé from Roquetaillade France, 12.5%. Beautiful (and I don’t use that lightly) cherry-rose red color with cherry- rose flavors, fine bubbles. Very dry. Would describe it as “Lambrusco cherry wine soda”. Fairly glou.

Les Noctam’Bulles 2024 white brut pét-nat from Mukuzani Georgia, 10%. Everyone drank it before I was able to take full notes but it was light, effervescent, grape cider-y and very glou.

Uniqo Zelo Sea Foam 2022 pét-nat from Riverland Australia, 12.5%. Mellow yellow color, very funky & yeasty with light grape juice flavor. The yeasty funk is the type that lingers after, don’t care for that but is OK- but def not glou. Less fruity, less yellow, and more yeasty than the 2021.

N. Kendall Wines Chepika red pét-nat from Dundee NY, 10%. Nice deep (yet clear) red color, lovely aroma- smells EXACTLY like communion wine/Manischewitz, tastes like a no-sugar-added person of it. A bit like a cranberry sour beer, not tannin-y at all- extremely glou for a red.

Very light & crisp, fine bubbles, nice clear yellow-white color, white peach flavor. Slight funkiness and “vinegar” notes but still easy drinking (thanks to the 9.5% ABV). Glou!

Ulli & Piet Stein 2024 rosé secco perlwein (mit zugezsetzer Kohlensäure- added bubbles) from Bullay Germany, 11.5%.Lovely clear reddish-orange color (like peach Nehi), very tart and a bit sour but not too much, would describe the flavor as peach/apricot. Mild bubbles. Pretty glou!
