Yep. It's one of the biggest issues we (communities hosting these projects) are having...international corporations are getting waved through planning permission, no benefit to the community, all profits going elsewhere and council have no powers to enforce good behaviour.

Non-Eu migrants such as myself HAVE NO RIGHTS TO BENEFITS until you have IRL which takes about 5 years. We also don't cost the UK anything , we actually help reduce public debt (according to ORB forecasts). LEAVE US ALONE GO CHASE TAX DODGERS. (end 🧵)

Migrants pay SO much money for everything here. They pay a double NHS surcharge, citizenship costs 1.7K even tho the cost to the HO is about £300. We overwhelmingly start businesses (myself included) 39% of the UK’s fastest-growing startups have at least one immigrant co-founder.
