Happy AAPI month! Warmer weather and the fast approach of summer always makes me miss the ocean intensely and I thought the best way to cope was to paint it.

it's impossible to describe the raw emotion in a rush of inspiration and in art. learning new things and techniques. getting frustrated but pushing through and finally getting it. the "making" part is the journey and makes the end product worth it.
