I did a ton of running, hiking, climbing, and lifting that year. I could have retained so much more muscle and gotten much better results if I didn't restrict myself the way I did.

The flat tummy is temporary and weight loss will come for everything else too. It is not worth losing your thighs, your hips, your tits, and the shape and color of your cheeks over

Keep yourself fed however you can. You can have goals set for yourself but you have GOT to eat and stay hydrated.

actually I take back the authentic part. I was openly queer, but "one of the good ones" and very self-censored. I focused only on the quality of my work and would talk about my partner at the time in a "look how normal we are" kind of way. I got canned anyways.
