I got out for a walk today.V small-1500 steps,BUT not being superglued to my sofa scrolling on IG full of self hatred was a good thing,so a win. I’m trying to hack my brain with new positive behaviour pathways. Progress is slower than a geriatric mollusc but a better than nothing #autism #depression

To my critics who say that my position urging Democratic governors to redrawing maps is simply a race to the bottom, I say this:
