Breakdown of what just happened. Judge Boasberg
1) Finds probable cause of Trump officials' criminal contempt of his order to turn back flights.
2) Gives USG opportunity to "purge" the contempt.
3) If not and if DOJ will not prosecute, he "will appoint another attorney to prosecute the contempt."

Not, it has to be said, before time for the SRA! A lot of dodgy practices. Holding solicitors firms accountable for the actions of the claims farmers that feed them is a good step. (We don't use claims farmers and never have for housing cases.)
