If people cannot reach an accord between it being either Light or Heavy rail (or whatever lies in between); can I coin the term Mass Rail? Should encompass every facet and then some.

Otherwise I’d sample the DLR, visit the postal museum (with the underground train thingy, although you might’ve gone there already) or take a day trip Tom somewhere like Cambridge?
