I actually am tempted to start tracking the nutrition values of what I eat just to see like what I might be getting too little or too much of bc I really am getting more and more paranoid abt my health

I have a doc appt this afternoon
Well theoretically I think they called to try to reschedule but I just never did and when I look on the patient portal it’s still showing I have an appointment so im like fuck it im just gonna show up. Worst case scenario I’ll get there and schedule a new one

I did feel better after drinking some OJ
But now this morning I’ve still got a little of that fuzzy-headedness. Which granted I also didn’t get much sleep but I almost never do
Basically I have too much going on to easily tell what’s wrong w me bc im like Well there are multiple possible factors 😔

Last night I got super dizzy, shaky, and threw up a LOT. I had an incredibly anxious day at work (like more than usual lol) so I think it’s entirely possible I came home and had a panic attack. But im also not unconvinced it was my blood sugar, I mean I ate yesterday but im paranoid abt my diet

Well… I’ll still get ready and just take my time, if im late then im late… if im driving and feel too unsafe I’ll pull over

An ai could write what is on a technical level the greatest piece of literature in history and it would still be meaningless garbage because gen ai can’t think and thus can’t communicate ideas. Because it doesn’t have any. It doesn’t actually Know what it’s writing. So how can you engage with it.
