Trump said we (as in his and his family) own 10% of Intel now. Which, in fact, means they are the shareholders in question. They can also sell those shares, and it will all be profit. So maybe you’re the stupid one

Nah, even if Luigi is proven to be the shooter (he is innocent until proven guilty), BT was literally responsible for tens of thousands of deaths. The shooter - only one.

Something tells me that spending 5 months (currently) in a prison cell for a crime you didn’t commit and seeing your old heroes bash you and call for your death penalty might just turn someone off of right wing stuff. Just me though.

I was able to trace the photos from the fed complaint. If those are the same person on the same morning, he spent at least 4-5 minutes walking before he could get a bike. And then there was a 3mi bike ride lol. The timeline makes absolutely no sense

This information comes from a defense motion filed by Luigi’s NY defense team.

It’s also like a 6 min drive - less time for a cop car in a small town at 10am. Especially in the middle of a huge investigation.

This screenshot summarized a defense motion out of New York from last week. Here is the link to the full document if you are interested www.luigimangioneinfo.com/assets/2025....

The weird and suspicious part is that the camera was only off for 11 minutes while the cop was alone with the evidence. The camera was on immediately before and after when she got to the police station. I don’t see a good reason it would coincidentally be off for those specific 11 minutes

This is information from the defense’s pre trial motion. It is, in part, based on bodycam footage. This is as confirmed as it will ever be because there is no bodycam footage of 11 minutes in question.

Sorry if it came across that way, but the screenshot says she had her camera on and then turned it off for 11 minutes. There is no innocent explanation for that

Author of what? The screenshot is of an account that gives Luigi updates. Information comes from his New York defense motion. 100% accurate - I read it

They had no reason to search the bag either. Sure he got arrested for an offense that does not apply (giving a fake id while under investigation, which is the charge he got arrested on), but they needed a warrant to search his backpack. Since they did not get one for like 9 hours, this was illegal
May 6, 2025 at 5:23 AM
100% true, according to his lawyers and the body cam footage they were given. This is a summary of a part of the most recent pre trial defense motion
May 6, 2025 at 5:22 AM
Umm she had her body cam on at all times except those 11 minutes alone with the backpack. Additionally, under NY law (this motion is from NY), you cannot search property unless the suspect can actually reach into it. This was violating his constitutional rights.

She is arguing he is facing two trials in two different jurisdictions for the same alleged crime, but with two conflicting theories. They cannot defend against both at the same time. He also can’t get a fair trial in federal, if the state case has been discussed all over the media
May 3, 2025 at 7:19 PM
No. There are currently three people on the federal death row, so it is extremely rare. State cases are more common, but NY does not have the death penalty. That said this should not even be a federal case.
April 26, 2025 at 9:36 AM
It’s way more. This entire case (in all three jurisdictions) is one fuck up after another. We’re probably at three fuck ups this week alone.
April 25, 2025 at 10:57 PM
We don’t know it’s him on video. We can’t see the face, and he looks nothing like the most likely shooter (Starbucks photo). Either way, the government has to prove beyond any reasonable doubt it’s him in the video. Let’s not lower ourselves to trump and co and afford him presumption of innocence.

I have a vague feeling his attorney who worked as a prosecutor in NY for 30+ years might know just A BIT better than you what is normal and what is not. Additionally, the judge clearly thought it was a red flag, since she ordered the prosecution to justify it.
April 25, 2025 at 10:51 PM
They didn’t. NY state prosecutors did. They hate each other and are at war over this case.
