Probably not many Reformers here but if you do know someone, share this.

When I studied at AFI, W Freidkin came by. Said we (directing students) should change career. The film industry was evil,we’d all lose our souls.
Next week Rob Reiner came to talk, claiming this was the best job in the world and he envied us for being young and having so many great films to tell. ❤️

In a way I’m grateful I couldn’t see Train Dreams on the screen because I think I might have died then. A stunning looking beautiful film made with what looks like such ease but I know must be far from it. Film poetry in its most unpretentious of ways. Might be my new Christmas film.

Off for some storyboarding. When the film begins to take shape for real. This is when you finally realise what kind of beast it is you’re dealing with.

Could be my fave duet
On this day thirty years ago, #NickCaveandTheBadSeeds released the single "Where The Wild Roses Grow" - a surprising and morbid duet between Bad Seeds singer #NickCave and the Princess of Pop herself, #KylieMinogue.

Has anyone ever worn a movie costume better than Robert Redford in his navy pea coat in Three Days of the Condor?

BBC is obviously not pro Reform. That’s just a pretty silly statement but I hear it more and more. But I think BBC are terrified of coming across as biased. And that fear creates a false balance in their reporting by giving Reform more room
than deserved. Same thing happened prior to Brexit.

PARTHENOPE might not be Sorrintoi's strongest but who cares when you still are being served something like this. As shameless, pretentious and morally ambiguous as always and this is what I love with him. Sensual, beautiful, bittersweet and as always it stays with you for a long time. Viva Napoli.

In true public service spirit BBC is currently streaming the harrowing 1984 film THREADS which is surprisingly well made, chilling, relevant and a reminder that nothing has changed. The last shot…..https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02kgkkg
BBC Two - Threads
The story of a nuclear attack on Britain and what remains for the unlucky survivors.
