@stephensegovia and @nethodiaz have quickly become two of my favorite artists in comics. Stephen's style is fluid, energetic, fluid, while Netho's style to em feels like a hybrid between Ryan Stegman and Greg Capullo's style, and the result is utterly fantastic!

Three very different books, yet all three feature strong female characters. All three female leads carry the story, none of them are damsels in distress and they're all fierce in their own right. Talk about female empowerment! Enjoyed all three issues very much.

I have a few of these Virgin comics and I agree with almost everything you stated Professor. Extremely high quality product, super talented creators, very interesting concepts based upon Indian folklore... hella confusing comics unless you have an entire run.

The first time I saw a Michael Turner's Witchblade illustration I was hooked. Still, the first issue I ever bought (and have to this day) was/is Witchblade no.10 (1st Appearance of The Darnkness). Can't wait to see The Darkness in action once more! @topcowofficial.bsky.social

In this book there's lady talking with the X-Men, and she's telling them about the demographics each one of them are popular in. Not gonna write about everyone, but I laughed out loud when Rogue said: "Lemme me guess, horny men?" And without missing a beat, the lady tells her: "Horny women also!" 🤣

Artists working in mainstream USA comics: Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image, etc. all expect art to these dimensions. I'm seeing more and more disregard for the standard specs, and it affects everyone's deadlines to have production try and wrestle your art into proper proportions.
