I am grateful to have been invited to participate in ACTRA: a Colombian based non profit that helps and empowers at-risk youth to avoid a life of crime through CBT.
It reaffirmed my belief that human beings flourish in supportive environments and in the embrace of community. Tremendously powerful.

Belief may not be representative of reality. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is nowadays to hold on to our sense of discernment.
People are starting to believe that AI is conscious.
And this is already affecting the world, regardless of whether or not AI ever actually is.

Today Panoptykon Foundation released a new case study titled “Algorithms of Trauma vol. 2” co-authored by @sapiezynski.bsky.social. It shows how Meta exploits users’ fears & denies them the right to not be targeted by traumatizing content. I can’t recommend it enough panoptykon.org/sites/defaul...

To steer one's immediate desire with grace is to commit to a grander, vital design. Remember, each time one says no to outward distraction, it means to give a resounding yes to one's inner growth.
