Yes. Quite a widespread feeling today. I don't believe that these are the base instincts of this nation. Maybe they are for 20% of this nation. By chasing after them, they are losing the 80%.

Yes thank you!

Today I am proud of women. I believe this is the only person to turn down the pardon and Bishop Budde had the courage of her convictions.

Did you do that? It is lovely!

Me too. Suddenly realised what it would mean to lose it.

Yes. The outcome of the case was that Salvini is acquitted in full. The judgment is expected in 90 days. It is of course a moment of triumph for Salvini. A dangerous time.

Yes. Always in favour of Salvini. Today the Italian judges are expected to rule on the kidnapping of the Spanish rescue boat Open Arms and this is the latest of several interventions (I think you can read it in English): www.corriere.it/politica/24_...

This happens everywhere. “Manels” (all male panels) and women confined to special ‘women in (add sector)” sessions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please. No need to glorify every fascist that ever was.

I believe that Dr Ally Louks has a bsky account. Tagging her so that she can see this support. @allylouks.bsky.social

I think that it could have been a contributory factor. Of course you are right and we should not judge Biden. It would have been hard not to pardon his son and most people would have acted like him.
December 2, 2024 at 10:10 AM
We get it, yes. But some of us feel heartbroken all over again. No reason why Biden should be heroic in the face of such an outcome. Yet some people are. My first reaction was: now Trump has truly won and decency is truly dead. I am wrong though, because people like Alexei Navalny exist(ed).

Please, read Bill Browder’s books, Red Notice and Freezing Order. They document forensically the murderous Russian regime. The only surprise in this BBC article is that the accused TALKED about killing, but did not carry out the deed. @billbrowder.bsky.social
