Someday there will be a reckoning for the serial killings that the US government is engaged in on the oceans. Another admin should not refuse to extradite indicted officials to Intl Criminal Courts and senior military officers “just following orders” should not be exempted.

Mr. Speaker, committees can't serve Americans if they're not functioning. Our committee hasn't held an official hearing since September. However, @democrats-veterans.house.gov continue to hold events so we can hear from and support our veterans and their families, even when Republicans don't attend.

Reagan telling Gorbachev, the U.S.S.R. to “tear down that wall” is embedded in my memory and rage filled my heart today as I watched the U.S. President and Vice President send their orchestrated message to the world. Shameful and unthinkable that tRump has ended our alliance with Europe for Russia.
I don’t think that enough people realize that the shitshow we saw today was a full and complete capitulation by the United States. The west lost the Cold War in front of our eyes.

March 7, 1965 it was a crisp 41 degrees as John Lewis marched peacefully, with head high and shoulders back, across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, AL. Knowing what was waiting on the other side John Lewis did what was right. I hope, if tested, I have this kind of bravery.
