Oct 8: Pretty sure the first fanart I can remember is this, drawn by @/julesdraws for “Lucifer & His THNGVBR.” I don’t have a tumblr & I don’t think they have a bsky so I haven’t followed them, but they have a number of their sketches linked by Keely in chapter endnotes on AO3 & they’re really good!

I knew I was poly before I knew I was aro (before aro as a term even existed). Relationship anarchy best describes my flavor of polyam. I used to think I was odd for considering myself poly, aro, AND acespec, but I’ve learned lots of people are; they’re fully compatible! Challenge amatonormativity!

I really want him to be real bc I want to see some BAMF Luci, too. A Luci who believes in Charlie’s dream and has gotten his hope back and is going to fight for it. If he’s hypnotized or an illusion or something, I’m sure the story will support it but I want those trailer bits to be real.

Ooo, that was my second guess, taking care of the all-important vocal cords for his radio voice! I was a music comp major who spent a lot of time with vocal performance majors in college - they carried around water constantly and definitely had routines like that for keeping their voices healthy. 🫶🏼

Oct 7: I thought my very first fandom creation was my dreamer Luci machine knit sweater. BUT I WAS WRONG! It was my attempt at fanart for “Lucifer and His Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Relationship.” It was my first post on bsky, too!

I am not a visual artist but that didn’t stop me from trying to draw a silver hair comb with roses on it, inspired by the latest chapter of @keelywolfe.bsky.social’s lovely fic. I wanted to do more smaller ones to better match the description, but drawing roses is hard!

Does the follower count actually update to remove blocked accounts now? I have had to block a lot of fake/scam accounts in the last year, and I find it unfathomable I have 80+ real people following me but if so, that’s really cool! I would much prefer a not-blocked number anyhow 🙂

The perfect color for Alastor’s skin tone in S2 was on clearance at Michael’s today. My previous purchase was from earlier this year, and since I haven’t gotten around to making anything Alastor related yet, I can now do so with a more appropriate color going forward!

Two yarn skeins posed next to something white to help get an accurate picture. The one on the left I bought earlier this year color matched to a screenshot of Alastor’s skin tone from season 1. The color is called “off-white” btw. The one on top is the one I got today, called “truffle,” and yes, I did open up bsky in the store to check a screenshot from the trailer to confirm it was a good match before buying! Much better! Can’t wait to do an Alastor-themed craft soon!
