I think Governor Pritzker should get ahead of Trump. He and Mayor Johnson should put a plan together incorporating federal resources that support local law enforcement and present it to Trump. Don’t play Trump’s game.

Racing the Republicans to the bottom of the barrel regarding gerrymandering is not the answer. Congress should pass a bill requiring all states to form a bipartisan commission responsible for drawing up congressional districts. It has worked well in 9 states so let’s make it the law of the land.
