We are never going to have a sustainable housing market while it's thought of as a spot market asset where daily prices matter somehow? (Has anyone who is not bonkers ever actually thought about how much house increased in value "this month"?)

Just got our EBA vote back (I was one of the union bargaining reps). 93% turn out. And ALL YES. Proud to be union. Our union membership is 70% — good to see our potential members engaged and supportive. 💪🏽💕

This all-consuming book has been out for a month, as of yesterday, and is off to be reprinted. I have been too scared to ask for numbers, but I know people are buying and reading it. Thank you. The best feedback is a review like this one because it was my exact hope for this thing. Don't stop now!

As unions have weakened, inequality has widened.

This is why we must build back union power.
