We have an annual Boxing Day gathering. Which means that we also have an informal How Much Illegal Food Will The Dog Eat sweepstake? Last year he stole some smoked salmon right off the priest’s plate. The SHAME.

My other half has made me promise not to argue with strangers online. Sometimes - like today - she goes out and I forget. How bad can it be? I wonder. And every single time it’s terrible, and I realised that I hitched myself to a wise and wonderful person who helps me make good life choices.

Lunchbreak in the park with my bff - we ate cheese toasties and looked at the trees. It was terribly wholesome, and a nice break from my spreadsheets.

I'm staying with my parents. I'm making a cake today. My mum likes to hold onto things. Behold, from the back of her baking cupboard - almond extract with a best before date of March 1996. It pre dates the Blair Government, and my 15th birthday. Incredible scenes.

Hi! I pooed on the floor at 3am, ate my way through the third dog bed in six months and then pulled the sewing machine off the table and broke it! And all in one day! Good thing I’m cute. #dogshaming
