So if a soldier is in training in US cities as Trump wishes , and he orders soldiers to start shooting US citizens who are neighbors , friends and family, they should comply ?

I dunno ... if telling troops to follow the Uniform Code of Military Justice is "deplorable advice" and seditious, a seasoned officer like Jack Bergman should be stripped of his rank and benefits.
Seems Jack supports following illegal orders?
