Looking back on 2025, I am proud to have run 1000 km by sticking to a morning and evening routine. My goal wasn’t just to reach 1000 km, but also to see what my body could do, build consistency, and enjoy a new habit. It was challenging at first, but I mixed running with walks, bike rides, yoga.
