Hey friends, don't forget to stretch, drink water (however you can get it down) sleep guilt-free when you need it, get sunlight, belly breath (just try it; you won't regret it), and do something good for your body every day. We need to stay strong in order to be the good.

I've made 100+ new friends this week so here's a bit about me. I teach English, Humanities, & Creative Writing. I have my master's in psych & I've written over 20 books. I had an agent for nearly a decade & I'm freshly back in the query trenches. Oh! & I play DND & have my motorcycle license.

Today, I finished the 1st draft of a thriller I'm excited about. I miss having folks to celebrate with. I left Meta due to oppressive policies & Twitter (no explanation needed) & lost a rich interactive community of artists. I don't regret the decisions, but I long for the community I left behind.
