Holy cow, you're the only other person besides me that I've heard make that reference in the past 30 years. (And I've thought of it often recently because I have a dog that has fallen in love with a Mr. Bill dog toy.)

I just got a copy and have been reading the rules. It looks like fun, but I expect it will be a while before I can try it out.
