FYI, East Palo Alto has a life expectancy between 75.8 - 81.3 years. I have recently seen people claiming that EPA has a life expectancy of 62 year, 20 years less than other cities in EPA. This data - which is on the city website - is not accurate.

Redwood City has built so much housing, that when you plug in their name, it crashes the website!
