Sovereign Wealth Fund? Unfortunately in the past the US government has not been able to take equity or warrants in the companies when they lend. WE lent to Tesla, and should have gotten some of the equity upside? Would love to see this changed. #DFC #SWF

Sovereign Wealth Fund? Since the US has neither a budget nor a current account surplus to invest, a better name would be Sovereign Hedge Fund. The Government will be borrowing to invest. The US has done this for years and was doing it under the DOE Loan Program for clean energy. #DFC #SWF
