its bonkers to me that parents keep sending their kids to seriously problematic coaches KNOWING the abuse. yes your kid loves the sport and has a talent and its difficult to "give up". it could be that your kid would go on to win olympic gold. it could also be that your kid would die.

now with Kaylia coming forward, it's pretty clear that there was no "good guy" in this ffgym-avoine-marc&gina fight. every single one of them does not take care of the athletes interests. the gymnasts are 15 years old. in this system of abuse. with no where to go.
