As the father of a gay daughter I’m not sure if this is more frightening, or more heartbreaking.
When I was 13 I remember a Tory MP saying on the radio that homosexuals ‘should be shot’.
I remember vividly how scared I was…..13 years old and terrified I would be found out and shot.
When I say beware Suella Braverman and her ilk, you should listen.
