I found Pedro on Friday. He was done with life and in absolute agony living on the streets in Thailand.
I always find the eyes are the first sign things are changing. You can see the life coming back into them.

He has kidney failure so it is end of life care. I know him from the streets for nearly 3 years. I’ve never seen him run or excited. That’s all changed since he came in… (1/4)
