Man, Tom Jones can sing This Is The Sea all night and I'll get goosebumps every second of the way. What a voice, what a delivery, and what a sweet slow groove the band is cooking on. #ThisIstheSea #TomJones #legends www.youtube.com/watch?v=HuQI...

Waiting for a sell out gig at Workmans from Slow Pulp & Packs. Oldest person here by a good 3 decades. Doubt anyone else here does Bluesky.

Quite an achievement alright. Never done the tour myself, but EVERY tourist does it. It's the perfect package for them, ticks all the boxes. Every other tourist related business dreams of doing a fraction of their business.

Yes, lots of jazz, post rock, ambient tracks, lot of them very long. Don't listen to the radio any more, all streaming and FLAC files now

Exactly! Wasn't distracting more pleasantly bizarre.

Spotify is awful but does mean we have my beloved late father's top songs he listened to this year, if anyone would like to listen and raise a glass to him. open.spotify.com/playlist/7xw...

So sorry for your loss. And what a lovely idea, it's a great list.

yes, and very entertaining. And a guy in the cinema loudly snoring through out the last hour was strangely hilarious.

You listen to the Pogues even now and it's amazing that he ever pulled it off. A perfect synthesis of punk, trad and the Irish poetic tradition, it seems so unlikely you can scarcely believe it exists, even as you hear it. That I suppose is a definition of genius.
