I have driven one of my kids to their school every day for four years now. The same route through our city, same time of day. The sudden proliferation of US flags in residential yards since Jan 2025 is noticable and significant.

Shock value was/is precisely the point. Luigi has "better" politics than many lone shooters, but he still performed a piece of theatre as well, demonstrating how easy it was to get close to a powerful man.

I mean, the Denver metro has enough of a population to sustain a robust JCC, there's enough of a community in COS for 3 synagogues, 2 in Pueblo. It's not like Chicago/NYC, but we're not invisible either!

It is so much work to stay aware of rage farming/mining/baiting! Somehow, though, I learned about the H.S. shooting through community theatre pages of all places. Read 1 article from a trusted source about Kirk, and have ignored all else (including the video). But that takes work and awareness!!!
