New Mexico artist addendum: Pat Lopez is a former courtroom artist. She did all the notorious Midwest trials including Waco, the OK City bombing, the Yates and Smith and Bill Clinton trials, Kobe, Selena, Mathew Shepard. She now does art therapy (and landscapes) outside of ABQ.

What a great picture I got at the Pinball Hall of Fame. He was a childhood pinball wizard. His much-older siblings took him to bars, put him up on a chair and he won them beers by beating his own high scores.

There have been so many trips to LV from LA and ABQ, I can no longer remember when I did what. But I do vaguely remember for a time being obsessed with swimming through the shark tank at The Golden Nugget. Now I just wonder... are sharks happy?
