I bought frozen shrimp at #Shaws which has since been recalled. I emailed Customer Service & asked how to return it. CS told me to contact the store I bought it from. That's passing the buck, not customer service. And why didn't Shaw's reach out to me directly when it was 1st recalled? Poor mgmt.
