Faculty member came in at the end of the day and shredded my ass for not knowing how to process last-minute hardcopy thesis forms for a student we've been hounding to turn in their thesis forms for over a year. So that was super cool and fun, and very chill of him.

I was doing so well. My energy levels were up. I was at a point where I no longer spent all day longing to go back to bed.
I do ONE little 5-day stint in the hospital due to a raging infection in my kidney, and now I'm back to contemplating laying down on the filthy office floor at work.

The tree survived the first night. Though there was an ornament mysteriously on the floor this morning 🤔🤔🤔
We survived Thanksgiving and have put up our Christmas decorations. Zelda climbed the tree before we'd even put lights on it. I see she's going to be Like That. It's going to make December interesting. I've already put eye-bolts in the window frame and anchored the tree with wire.

I am being discharged from the hospital after being here all week. I have been so, so sick you guys, and it was so awful the whole time for so many reasons. But the day nurse (Helen) and the night nurse (Godfrey) who took care of me are the absolute best people on this Earth i fucking swear.

1 - suggested I use FMLA to take UNPAID TIME OFF when I'm sick from my LIFE-LONG GENETIC DISEASE.
